The inspiration for the solid, carved top, non-cutaway came from the vintage 40’s and 50’s Archtop. I always had a sweet spot in my heart for their tried, true and classic feel. I wanted to make one that would be the best it could be. We went with tortoise accents to showcase the highly flamed sides and back. The hand cut pickguard to mount the Lollar Jonny Smith pickup will transmit the sweet tone to your favorite amp! This is one of those instruments we hate to see leave the shop.
