The hotel is developing options for alternative dates and we will react quickly when presented with those options.
We will share the dates with you along with ticket options at that time. We expect a resolution by early next week.
If you’ve made a hotel reservation, please note that it has been canceled so you do not need to contact the hotel. If you still require those dates for other purposes, please contact the Best Western directly. Hotel management has been gracious about this situation and will extend our discounted room rate regardless of when we reschedule the event.
We have come to know and respect the guitar community during these last few years, and know our hearts that you will have nothing but appreciation for our decision to place the health and well-being of our friends above producing this event at the previously scheduled April dates.
Thank you. We appreciate your patience in this matter and your incredible support.
